Universal, economical and practical, with a broad machining range, suitable for processing various types of parts and widely used in industries such as construction machinery, gear reducers, pumps and valves, and general-purpose machinery.
Structural features: The single-column side-mounted spindle box configuration features the column moving laterally along the bed’s linear guideways (X-axis coordinate), the spindle head moving vertically along the column’s guideways (Y-axis coordinate), the ram moving horizontally within the spindle head (Z-axis coordinate), and the spindle itself moving within the ram (W-axis coordinate).
Basic components: High-strength cast iron materials and resin-bonded sand casting
Spindle Assembly: The spindle is driven by a Siemens AC servo motor via a custom-made reduction gearbox, offering two speed settings: high and low.
Guide rail: The X-axis employs imported heavy-duty roller linear guides, the Y-axis uses steel-inlaid, plastic-coated guide pairs, and the Z-axis features cast-iron, quenched, four-sided encircling guides.
