High-precision model with exceptional overall accuracy, ideal for machining large, precision components and widely used in industries such as wind power, energy, power systems, and general machinery.
Structural Features : A single-column, side-mounted spindle box configuration, in which the column moves laterally along the bed’s guideways (X-axis coordinate), the spindle head moves vertically along the column’s guideways (Y-axis coordinate), the ram moves horizontally within the spindle head (Z-axis coordinate), and the spindle itself moves within the ram (W-axis coordinate).
Basic components: Cast using high-strength cast iron materials and resin-bonded sand molding; the ram is made of high-strength ductile cast iron.
Spindle Assembly : High spindle speed and high torque, featuring an imported spindle assembly with oil-air lubrication for the spindle bearings.
Guide rail: The X, Y, and Z guideways are all closed-type constant-flow hydrostatic guideways, offering excellent vibration resistance and dimensional stability. The W guideway utilizes original imported linear guideways as auxiliary guideways.
