This high-end CNC product has been developed specifically to meet the stringent coaxiality requirements for eccentric holes on large and medium-sized components, making it particularly well suited for machining boom, stick, and jib assemblies in construction machinery and significantly enhancing machining efficiency.

The layout features two CNC floor-type milling and boring machines arranged in a face-to-face configuration, with a fixed worktable positioned between them. The column moves laterally along the bed’s guideways (X-axis), the spindle head moves vertically along the column’s guideways (Y-axis), the ram moves longitudinally within the spindle head (Z-axis), and the spindle (boring spindle) moves within the ram (W-axis).
