High-rigidity CNC horizontal milling and boring machine, designed to meet heavy-duty cutting requirements and widely used in general machinery, construction machinery, mining, power generation, and other industries.
Structural features: The machine tool features a T-shaped layout with a single-column, side-mounted box structure.
Basic components: Cast using high-strength cast iron and resin-bonded sand molding, delivering exceptional stability and seismic resistance.

Spindle Assembly: The spindle is driven by a precision gear set, ensuring smooth operation and high accuracy.
Guide rail: The X, Y, and Z axes utilize integral steel-inlaid guideways to meet the rigidity requirements for heavy-duty cutting.
Drive: The X and Z axes are driven by servo motors via reduction gearboxes that power ball screws, while the Y axis is driven directly by a servo motor through a ball screw. The B axis employs a conventional dual worm-gear mechanism.
