Among these, the “assurance” tier serves as a critical threshold for enterprises seeking to enter the ranks of high-level, modern quality management, signifying that, on the basis of effectively operating their quality management systems, they have successfully transformed quality management from a qualitative to a quantitative approach through the application of tools and methodologies. The inclusion of General Technology Shenyang Machine Tool in the list of enterprises with advanced quality management capabilities (assurance tier) underscores that the company has met national high-standard benchmarks across all lifecycle management dimensions—quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement—and thus holds a leading position in the industry.
