A625 Automated Processing and Inspection Unit for New Energy Motor Shafts
The automated machining and inspection cell for new-energy motor shafts comprises an HTC40P high-precision horizontal CNC lathe, a VMC1100P high-performance vertical machining center, a domestically produced 6-axis articulated robot, and a dual-station palletized material storage system. This setup enables unattended, fully automated machining and inspection, allowing a single operator to manage multiple automated cells and thereby significantly reducing labor costs. Moreover, the modular design of the automation cell facilitates rapid changeovers to produce motor shafts of different specifications. The overall L-shaped layout ensures a compact footprint and optimizes the robot’s travel path, enabling highly efficient part processing.
VMU63P High-Performance Five-Axis Vertical Machining Center
The VMU series is a high-efficiency, high-performance vertical five-axis machining center independently developed for industries such as energy and mold manufacturing.
This product series features a gantry-type, dual-rotary-table configuration with a monolithic cast bed column, delivering exceptional rigidity and outstanding long-term accuracy retention. The linear axes achieve a rapid traverse speed of up to 60 m/min and an acceleration of up to 1 g; the dual rotary tables are directly driven by torque motors, enabling a rotary-axis rapid traverse speed exceeding 50 r/min, resulting in superb overall dynamic performance. Linear axes with positioning accuracy better than 0.006 mm and rotary axes with angular positioning accuracy better than 8 seconds provide reliable assurance for high-precision part machining.
High rigidity, high speed, and high precision, coupled with a wide range of configurations and powerful five-axis simultaneous machining capabilities, enable the machine to meet customers’ diverse requirements for machining complex, free-form parts.
HMU160 Horizontal Five-Axis Machining Center
The HMU160 series is a high-performance, horizontal five-axis machining center independently developed for industries such as new-energy vehicles.
This product series is equipped with linear axes featuring a rapid traverse speed of up to 100 m/min and an acceleration of 1 g, as well as rotary axes directly driven by high-torque motors delivering speeds exceeding 40 r/min, resulting in outstanding overall dynamic performance. Linear axes with positioning accuracy better than 0.01 mm and rotary axes with angular positioning accuracy better than 15 seconds provide reliable assurance for high-precision part machining.
With high speed, high precision, and high efficiency, coupled with a rich array of configurations and powerful 5-axis simultaneous machining and automation capabilities, this machine meets customers’ demanding requirements for the efficient machining of complex, freeform parts—making it particularly well suited for machining aluminum alloy subframes for new-energy vehicles.
